Lindsey Ramsey’s career in early education started when she was an aide in an infant room, a young single mom who dropped out of college to provide for her child. Working with infants, she discovered a deep fulfillment in nurturing young minds and supporting their developmental milestones. With a clear direction in mind, her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue further education leading to multiple degrees and career advancements that allowed her to not only
educate young children but also advocate for early childhood professionals. She wants future early educators to know that they have a profound impact on the lives of children and society as a whole, which is a high moral calling. As such, they are supported by stakeholders who uphold this valuable work. She urges those who are considering this path to support the children and families in their communities by following their passions—creating a better future for us all.
