Leah Lisowski’s early educational experiences shaped her into the woman and educator she is today. She’s spent the last 20 years building a career as an early educator, creating the same foundational learning experiences for children that were so impactful to her own development and love of learning. Her story shows that for the passionate, resourceful person in this field, there are opportunities for professional development
and continued education that make it possible to chart a long-term career path. She wants people to know that what happens in the classroom makes a difference, both in the individual lives of children and families but also on a more widespread societal level. She calls for passionate individuals who believe in the value of this work to look for opportunities to get involved and be a part of shaping the future.
