Sierra Juliette’s career in early education was born in a defining moment in high school when she was drawn to connect with a special needs student in her art class. That moment led to finding a mentor who taught her to focus on a child’s abilities rather than their disabilities, and it awakened her passion for teaching. Working with individuals who have significant needs taught her to educate with grace and to practice
patience principles that also hold true in working with young children. She believes that giving our children a positive learning experience at an early age paves the way to success later in life. She wants potential educators to know that they could be the ones to make a difference in a child’s life. There are many hard days, but those hard days are followed by rewarding days and memories that amount to a fruitful career.
